Production process
Sheet metal processing is one of the core technologies in the field of metal processing. It mainly shapes metal sheets through cold processing methods, ultimately manufacturing various structural components or product shells.
Cutting (Blanking): Using equipment such as laser cutting, CNC punching machines, and shearing machines, the metal sheet is cut into rough pieces that match the design dimensions. Among them, laser cutting has the highest precision and is suitable for cutting complex shapes.
Forming processing: The core step is bending, where the rough piece is bent into the required three-dimensional shape using a CNC bending machine; for some complex structures, stamping molding is also required, which uses molds to achieve batch forming.

The laser cutting process is an advanced cold processing technology that uses a high-energy density laser beam to perform preciseand efficient cutting on metal or non-metal materials.
